Biological Monitoring Resources

A major focus of the Aquatic Ecology program has been the establishment of baseline biological conditions and the development of tools to monitor the biological health of streams. Our monitoring tools are being used by agencies, tribes, and watershed groups throughout Alaska for routine monitoring and to track the effectiveness of restoration projects in impaired waterbodies.
