Job Title:
Research Associate, Aquatic Ecology

Areas of Interest:

My research focus is aquatic ecology, primarily the influence of natural and anthropogenic impacts on Alaska’s stream habitats and biota. Much of my work includes the development and application of biological stream monitoring techniques based on large-scale aquatic invertebrate and algal surveys. Another area of interest is the influence of salmon-derived nutrients on stream and riparian ecosystems.
